Issue:
You need to upgrade Domino, but don't have access to the host to run Domino manually from command prompt to answer the Upgrade the Domino Directory question.
Solution:
Add the following notes.ini variable before restarting Domino.
Server_Upgrade_No_Directory_Redesign=1
In the console, do:
> set config Server_Upgrade_No_Directory_Redesign=1
Alternately, you can add via the Notes.ini tab on a Configuration Settings document for your servers, too.
