Issue:
For SameTime 8.5.1 Entry, when you click the Administer a Server link, the Server - Overview page has an empty (blank) services list where it should list the Sametime services and their running or not running statuses.
Solution:
This is usually seen upgrading a Windows ST install from 7.5 or 8 to 8.5.1. This affects the Sametime Entry product on the Windows platform. I've never seen it happen on Linux.
1. Edit the sametime.ini file.
(e.g. d:\lotus\domino\sametime.ini )
2. Find the IMOnly=1 line and change it to IMOnly=0.
3. Save the change.
4. Perform a Domino server restart.
(e.g. rest server)
Notes:
For #4 above, stopping and starting Sametime services only doesn't work. (e.g. tell staddin quit and load staddin )
Also check for the ST_BRANDING_INFO=entry line. Verify it says entry instead of standard.
