Issue:
Installing Domino on older system (VM) running linux. During install setup, have following error (of Domino 8.5.2 in this case):
java.io.IOException ... cannot allocate memory
Solution:
Give more memory to the VM or increase the swap space (add as second bigger swap disk/partition)
In this case, we edited the settings for the VM, and increased the VM's RAM from 756 MB to 1248 MB.
